We offer live one-on-one sessions, group workshops and webinars focused on mindful attention. Scheduling and session details are provided online. You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.

Information Products

We provide downloadable guides and pre-recorded courses on mindful attention. Access is granted immediately after purchase. Please ensure you have compatible hardware before acquiring digital content.

Physical Goods

Our physical offerings include printed materials and branded accessories. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout. We utilize standard postal services for distribution.

Cancellations and Refunds

Services

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before its start time for a full fee reimbursement. To request a reimbursement, contact us via our contact form. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as sessions that have already begun, are not eligible for reimbursement, as time has been reserved exclusively for you. Reimbursements are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Information Products

If you have not accessed or downloaded the digital content, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase through our contact form. Once access has been granted or content has been downloaded, no reimbursements are available due to the instant nature of digital delivery.

Physical Goods

Unused goods in their original packaging may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. After inspection and approval, we will reimburse the product fees (excluding shipping charges) within 10 working days to the original payment method. Items sent back after this period are not eligible for a reimbursement.

Intellectual Property

All content on stillffocus.info, including text, images and layouts, is the property of stillfocus or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We aim for high quality in our offerings, but make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Our liability in all cases is limited to the total amount of fees paid.

We may update these terms in 2025. Continued access or use of our offerings implies acceptance of any changes.
